and shoulder muscles.

Comprehensive whole body workout in the pool to the beat of different types of music.
Spa Training
Effective, fun water workout. An hour of various exercises to strengthen the whole body.
Spa Jogging
Guided workout using water jogging belts.
Spa Fin-Hits
Fun, relaxing water workout to the beat of Finnish hit music. The workout trains the whole body,
strengthening muscles and improving the flow of oxygen through the body.
Keep Fit Exercise
Circuit Training
A circuit involving a number of exercises to strengthen the whole body.
Latinobic
Exercise based on Latin dance steps, for example to the rhythm of the samba and cha-cha.
Toning
Exercise class concentrating on muscle conditioning. Brief warm-up followed by basic toning exercises
and comprehensive stretching to finish. Requires no learning of complicated steps.
Stomach and Butt
Easy, effective basic exercise. Warm-up followed by exercises to strengthen the middle and lower body.
Step Aerobics
Simple, effective and fun exercise using a step. Various exercises to strengthen the whole body
and improve aerobic fitness.
Les Mills Bodybalance
Exercise class based on Yoga and Pilates, with peaceful music accompanying the movements.
Les Mills Bodypump
Effective and safe group exercise that uses barbells to exercise the whole body.
