There is a 3-hour time limit on Saturdays, Sundays, holidays and school breaks.

Children under the age of 10 are allowed in the pool department only when accompanied by an adult.

The spa has a water surface area of 800 m2:
Whirlpools, a hot water pool, a cold water pool, a flowing stream, massage points, a wave machine, water slides of different sizes, an inner tube slide 100 m long, a children’s pool, an outdoor pool and Eden Beach.
